Mixed bag on my order
I ordered some ski boots and a pair of ski socks. The boots are excellent, really comfortable and great quality, as expected from Rossignol. They came pretty quickly too, took about 4 days to get to my place in Ohio. However, the ski socks were out of stock even though they showed as available when I ordered. Customer service was polite when I called, but it still meant I had to wait for a separate shipment of socks which was a bit annoying. The boots alone made it a good buy, but they could improve on inventory accuracy.
Decent ski jacket
Ordered a ski jacket, a 'veste de ski' they called it. It's pretty good, kept me warm on the slopes. The fit was a bit snug, I probably should have checked the size chart closer. But overall, it worked out okay for my trip.
